Where can I get a free pregnancy test in Redwood Falls or Marshall, MN?

Free pregnancy testing and confirmation services are available from Choices Pregnancy Center at either of their centers in Redwood Falls or Marshall, Minnesota.

You don’t need insurance.

All of our services are free, from pregnancy testing to ultrasound to follow-up support services. So no insurance is required.

All pregnancy testing appointments and results are confidential.

We value our clients’ privacy and work hard to ensure it is protected at all times. No one will have access to your medical or personal records unless you grant it in writing.

Walk-in pregnancy testing is possible, but scheduling reserves your time with our staff.

Our nurses in both Marshall, MN, and Redwood Falls, MN, can sometimes accommodate walk-in appointments, but this is not guaranteed.

We recommend making an appointment to be sure our nurses have openings to perform your test and to spend the time you need to discuss your next steps.

Pregnancy testing at Choices Pregnancy Center is more reliable than using home pregnancy test kits.

Our medical-grade urine pregnancy test can detect as little as 20 mIU/mL hCG hormone, with an accuracy greater than 99%. (HCG is the hormone your body starts producing early in pregnancy.)

By contrast, home pregnancy tests require hCG levels to have climbed to at least 25mIU/mL in your urine. This means Choices Pregnancy Center’s tests are more sensitive and can be used earlier in pregnancy with greater accuracy than at-home tests.

In addition, pregnancy testing at Choices Pregnancy Center includes time spent with a compassionate nurse and advocate to talk through your pregnancy concerns and questions. You won’t be alone in your bathroom staring at your test kit, wondering what to do next.

And the extra support won’t cost you a thing.

At Choices Pregnancy Center, positive pregnancy tests get you additional help.

Following a positive pregnancy test, you may be eligible for a limited obstetrical ultrasound. This scan is most helpful when it’s been 6 weeks or more since your last menstrual period. Like all our services, we provide ultrasound scans at no cost to you.

Your free ultrasound can give you key information about your pregnancy, such as location (if it is inside the uterus), gestational age (how far along it is), and viability (whether there is a heartbeat).

Knowing these important medical facts can help you more confidently choose from the pregnancy options available to you. Learn more about your pregnancy options.

Negative pregnancy tests aren’t the end of the story, either.

After a negative pregnancy test, take advantage of this time to talk with our nurse or one of our helpful advocates about any concerns you have regarding your sexual risk or relationship issues going forward.

At Choices, we care about you as a valuable individual. It is our goal to help you find solutions and take positive steps to live a life you’re proud of.
