Prayer Service for Life and Healing 2022

On Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 4:00pm praying people from our community’s churches will gather at the Evangelical Free Church of Redwood Falls for this year’s Prayer Service for Life and Healing.

This date falls 49 years and one day after the landmark Supreme Court decision on the case known as Roe v Wade. Since then, our community’s churches have met annually to pray for the lives of unborn babies and their mothers to be spared from abortion, which was legalized as a result of that ruling.

Today, what our culture promotes as “pro-choice” primarily champions one choice: abortion. In reality, women (and men) facing unexpected pregnancy have several choices that don’t end in death of an unborn child.

People across the Redwood Falls area come together to pray for life and healing.

Choices Pregnancy Center ensures women and men have access to those life-affirming choices. And for women and men who have already chosen abortion, we can help them find healing and peace afterward.

So when our community prays for “life and healing,” we appreciate that they are also praying for our ministry. That’s why we will participate in the prayer service, and our executive director, Carrie, will speak that evening.

We encourage you to participate in the Prayer Service for Life and Healing with us. The service, led by the Redwood Falls Ministerial Association, is open to everyone.
